Job Summary

  • Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) to ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Drives the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to achieve defined quality KPIs and manage project quality documents/procedures.
  • Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage quality across all project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
  • 15 years experience in oil & gas projects
  • 5 years in Quality Management role
  • IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate
  • Experience in offshore T&I/EPCI/EPCIC projects
  • Familiarity with codes & standards: ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, DNV
  • Strong understanding of QA and QC processes
