Key Requirements

  • 8 years progressive maintenance experience (mining/mfg/industrial) with 5 years leadership/supervisory OR
  • Associate's in technical field + 6 years related experience with 3 years leadership/supervisory OR
  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years progressive maintenance experience with supervisory/lead experience
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP maintenance, operations, statistics modules
  • Competency in MS Office software
  • Significant project organization experience
