Key Requirements
Master's Degree from accredited program
State of Michigan License (PA or NP)
PA-C Certification (NCCPA) or NP Board Certification
BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications within specified timelines
RNFA certification and OR experience for Nurse Practitioners
RNFA certification required for Advanced Practice RN applicants
