  • Direct and coordinate all survey operations within Division 7, ensuring alignment across teams while leading a staff of engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee the Division’s drone program and ensure aerial data is seamlessly incorporated into survey workflows, advancing Digital Delivery and OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the Division Survey Unit, establishing daily operations, workflows, standards, staffing plans, schedules, resources, and clear lines of responsibilities.
