The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of suspected abuse or unauthorized access.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Key Requirements
