Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of personnel, and implementation of new programs.
Essential duties include supervising therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of services.
The DOR must be licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech Language Pathologist in the state, maintain CPR certification, and possess strong computer skills including Casamba and PointClickCare.
