  • The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities, including direct and indirect services, supervision of personnel, and implementation of new programs.
  • Essential duties include supervising therapy personnel, performing daily scheduling, providing direct care, assuring resident needs are met, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality of services.
  • The DOR must be licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech Language Pathologist in the state, maintain CPR certification, and possess strong computer skills including Casamba and PointClickCare.
