Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining resident confidentiality, and reporting any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
This role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves 12-hour shifts.
