Job Summary
Plan, execute, lead, and report on pilot trials from initial strategy and customer engagement through trial operation, data analysis, documentation, and final invoicing.
Independently operate and optimize pilot equipment, evaluate process results, and collaborate closely with customers and internal R&D teams to ensure every trial meets technical and commercial objectives.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience with tissue-making or paper converting technologies.
