Job Summary
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and profitability of assigned venues, overseeing front-of-house operations, team leadership, inventory management, service standards, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
This role involves supporting the Director of Food & Beverage, supervising Front-of-House team members, coordinating event set-up and execution, and monitoring guest satisfaction.
