Job Summary

  • Responsible to provide competent patient care assigned by RN and plan of care, reporting all changes in patient condition to RN or manager.
  • Performs personal care needs including feeding patient, laundry, light cleaning of patient room and washing, meeting safety needs of patient, taking vital signs, providing skin care, and changing linens and clothing.
