Job-specific Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Product Owners to gather and document product (solution) requirements. Perform workflow analysis to identify and document current and future state processes. Analyze business needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Analyze and recommend technical solutions that align with best practices and organizational objectives. Facilitate alignment of technology capabilities to meet business needs. Support in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify potential technical enhancements and efficiencies. Collaborates with TPO, Engineering, and/or Architecture teams to create detailed system maps, illustrating the flow of data, processes, and interactions within existing and proposed systems. Assist in translating documented business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for technical teams. In absence of ScrumLead or TPO, may take a lead role in partnership with TPM. Provide support for developing technical standards for acceptance testing and system performance evaluation, working closely with QE teams. Collaborate with QE to ensure test plans/cases/scenarios align to the requirements and acceptance criteria of the user stories. Technical and Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of data and process mapping, as well as prototype and wireframe development. Proficiency in Agile methodologies for translating business requirements into technical specifications. Experience in process mapping and modeling, including gap analysis and action plan development. Familiarity with technology execution and development processes. Understanding of requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
