  • The Nurse Manager of the Neuro Institute provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered nursing care within the assigned unit, setting the clinical vision and driving quality, safety, and performance outcomes.
  • This role leads all aspects of workforce management and professional development, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, while coordinating unit operations and managing budgets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Three years of recent clinical nursing experience
  • At least one year of healthcare management experience
  • High degree of clinical expertise in specialty area
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, communication skills
