Pfizer is seeking a National Field Medical Strategy Lead in Hematology to oversee the US Oncology Field Medical Hematology Team and establish HCP engagement strategies. The role requires extensive experience in Medical Affairs, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders while providing insights to inform strategic decisions

Job Summary

  • Establish the field-based HCP engagement strategy and provide oversight and direction for the US Oncology Field Medical Hematology Team.
  • Serve as the primary medical lead to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Development and Operations, and CMAO Platform Functions.
  • This position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
