Job Summary

  • As Controller at Hillel International, you will be a senior operational lead, reporting to the VP of Finance and Accounting, who oversees the full accounting cycle with a $60M+ operating budget, supporting multiple program areas and complex funding streams.
  • The Controller will also manage and develop a team of three accounting professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and clear processes that enable the team to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality financial information across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
