  • Ability to lead defect elimination initiatives
  • FIFO roster availability (8 days on / 6 days off)

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Growth mindset and proactive approach
  • Experience reviewing inspection reports in SAP

  • Proven experience in critical gold processing assets
  • Proficient in reliability engineering tools (RCM, PMO)
