Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for identifying and forecasting renewal risk, designing and executing the renewals strategy globally, and working with leaders in Sales and Global Customer Success.
  • The Customer Success Renewal Team owns a comprehensive process from quote to signature working directly with customers to secure renewal opportunities.
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through leading by example, coaching, and mentorship.
