Job Summary

• The Senior Systems Engineer – OnBase is responsible for the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of WGU’s Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform.
• This role ensures system reliability, scalability, workflow automation, and strong alignment with university business processes that support student and staff experiences.
