Must-have
HV transmission line design 33kV to 500kV
Proficiency with PLS-CADD software suite
Collaboration with utilities and contractors
Mentoring early-career engineers
Knowledge of Australian Standards for HV design
Nice-to-have

Key Requirements
Degree in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
4+ years transmission line engineering experience
Hands-on design delivery experience
Proficiency with PLS-CADD, ideally PLS-POLE and PLS-TOWER
