Serve as a strategic partner to assigned department leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of people-related initiatives including workforce planning, compensation strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, and general HR support.

Key Requirements
4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
3+ years' HRBP experience
7+ years' of HR Generalist experience
