Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for performing a variety of standard to complex and highly diversified technical tasks related to troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and repairing heating/cooling, ventilation systems.
  • Employees at this level are expected to cover all duties under Maintenance Technician I and Maintenance Technician II, as well as developing a trade of expertise for machine maintenance and production equipment repairs.
  • The position must have basic knowledge of a variety of control systems and the ability to work independently in the performance of standard maintenance and repairs.

Key Requirements
