This position involves developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing and public relations activities, overseeing customer satisfaction surveys, and maintaining liaison with families, residents, and community leaders.
The role includes supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, budgeting, performance appraisal, and conducting regional meetings to assess, train, and monitor administrative staff.
