The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Essential duties include maintaining employee records, completing monthly nursing schedules, answering employee calls regarding staffing, and assisting in obtaining nursing care staff information.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, work harmoniously with personnel, and handle difficult residents with patience and tact.
