** JLL is seeking an Area 3 Operations Manager in Belen, Costa Rica, to oversee integrated facilities management services across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management and strong leadership skills, particularly in managing complex client relationships and operational excellence. **

Job Summary

  • This position develops the strategy to operate the portfolio in alignment with Scope of work and client's expectation while developing and deploying comprehensive programs to oversee and ensure consistent high-level execution of service delivery of integrated facilities management services within Latin America for Client teams.
  • You will ensure that programs and initiatives are executed timely and consistently across the region while ensuring portfolio is operated under clear and standardized policies and operational procedures, working with client to resolve complex key risks, issues and concerns, advising on remediation and mitigatiaon strategies, and acting as central point of contact for client audits, testing and assessments.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years Facilities Management experience
  • managing hard services in corporate offices
