Job Summary

  • Responsible for operating MRI equipment to make clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and procedures.
  • Prepares patients and adjusts equipment for performing MRI, positions and instructs patients regarding procedures, and maintains competency with IV injections for the administration of IV contrast media.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school, or hospital based Radiologic Technology Program
  • Radiography (R) - ARRT Upon Hire
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) - ARRT Upon Hire
  • 1-3 years of training/experience in MRI
