The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive training programs including orientation, job skills, and certification for nursing assistants.
This role requires close collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The incumbent must coordinate all required safety drills, manage employee documentation, and participate in government licensing and certification surveys.
