  • The Human Resources Director partners with Commercial, Operations & Corporate functions within North America to support Ormco’s continuing growth.
  • This role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • The position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Ormco and requires leading and developing the HR team.
