Job Summary
The Human Resources Director partners with Commercial, Operations & Corporate functions within North America to support Ormco’s continuing growth.
This role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, and employee relations.
The position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Ormco and requires leading and developing the HR team.
