This position serves as a strategic hub connecting Japanese customers and the Indian Global Delivery Center (GDC), leading business transformation using Salesforce.
The primary mission is to proactively provide a wide range of advisory services including strategy/transformation design, project execution support, and governance/optimization, in collaboration with GDC members.
Leverage AI tools to enhance development processes (code generation, document summarization, test automation, etc.) and customer proposals, improving delivery speed and quality.
