Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years direct and relevant experience
  • 5+ years in change management or related field

  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP)
  • Certification in AI for Business Transformation, Digital Adoption, or Data-Driven Change Leadership
  • Knowledge of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, SAP Joule)
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles
