Job Summary
This role is accountable for the business oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of a defined portfolio of AI agentic solutions, ensuring they operate within approved risk and control guardrails.
As a Risk and Control specialist, you are responsible for the service of FRMC AI Controls Testing agents and you will monitor performance of these agents to ensure outputs are accurate, correct, and fully aligned with FRMC standards.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with digital tools or AI-assisted workflows is desirable
Exposure to metrics monitoring, performance reporting, and continuous improvement cycles is strongly preferred
Professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA)
