Salary
Base: $185,100.00 - $245,100.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, PTO

Must-have
8-10 years PV operational experience
4+ years people leadership experience
2+ years leading GVP inspections
Management of PV Quality Management Systems
EU GVP and US regulatory requirements knowledge
Nice-to-have
Strong cross-functional partnership skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity in growth environment
