They will empower their team to analyze learning needs, design and develop blended and self-guided learning solutions, measure and report on learning effectiveness, and support the larger Instructional Design team to build the future of learning.

Base: $122,100 - $153,300; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
