Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and assist in planning nursing services for resident discharge.
  • You must ensure compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, and regulations while fostering a warm, calm, and professional environment for residents and staff.

  • Maintain continuing education and licensing
  • Meet State Board of Nursing good standing
