Job Summary

  • This is a primarily field-based, delivery-focused role responsible for the planning, delivery, and review of physical performance support across all training phases.
  • The successful candidate will work as a core member of the first team multidisciplinary team (MDT), designing and delivering individualised and team-based physical programmes that maximise player availability and enhance physical performance capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • MSc in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Science, or related discipline
  • UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC) or equivalent
  • FA Level 2 Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF)
  • UKAD Introduction to Clean Sport
  • FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • Willingness to work regular evenings and weekends
