  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes, tracking critical KPIs, and building governance around processes to keep exposure low.
  • Handle escalations from customers and internal stakeholders, lead a team of agents, and provide support on managing end-to-end SEZ processes.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, AR, and customer experience teams for smooth operations and identify process gaps for automation and workflow improvements.
