The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring a successful maintenance program.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, coordinating with nursing services, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on facility systems, and ensuring supplies are replenished.
The position requires the ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
