  • This position assumes responsibility for the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and other state and federal owned property and resources.
  • Responsibilities include minor mechanical, electrical and plumbing work; installing and repairing flooring systems, roofing systems, windows, doors and door hardware; sheetrock and painting.
