The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial services collections, particularly in a leadership capacity, and will be responsible for guiding a team to reduce delinquency and enhance customer experience. **

Job Summary

  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize the organization’s end-to-end collections strategy, overseeing early-stage, high-risk, late-stage, and outsourced agency operations.
  • Partner closely with Risk, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to reduce delinquency, maximize recoveries, modernize processes, and support sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, TCPA, state regulations, SCRA, and company policies, while overseeing QA monitoring and complaint resolution.
