Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations, including performance assessment and employee relations.
Ensure staff have proper materials, systems access, and training to complete job responsibilities, overseeing training plans and SOP reviews.
Participate in the allocation of resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff to clinical studies based on their experience and training.

Base: $86,500.00 - $216,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plans, bonuses may be offered; Benefits: Health and welfare benefits may be offered
