Job Summary
This role requires overseeing all aspects of Technology including IT, network administration, audio visual, and contractor selection for the Legends Global Oklahoma City facility.
The incumbent must ensure strict compliance with Arena, NBA, City of Oklahoma City, and Oklahoma City Thunder cybersecurity expectations including PCI compliance.
Responsibilities include managing subordinate managers, handling procurement through RFPs and RFQs, and rotating as Manager on Duty during events.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years IT management in live event venue
PCI compliance and cybersecurity expertise
Cisco/Ruckus/Extreme network administration
Active Directory DNS DHCP NPS knowledge
Windows and Mac OS advanced support
Contract administration and vendor selection
Budget management and cost analysis
Nice-to-have
Professional sports venue experience preferred
Multi-site IT operations environment
Experience with NBA or City of Oklahoma City standards
Strategic planning for process improvements
Ability to work irregular hours including nights and holidays
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Valid driver's license required
3-5 years progressive IT management in live event setting
Experience leading small-to-medium technology organizations
