This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times and includes providing direct resident/patient care.
Key duties include coordinating recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and planning/conducting in-service education programs for all facility staff to assure competency.
