The Division Director will provide strategic and technical leadership for a portfolio of research programs focused on enhancing decision-making for U.S. national security.
This role requires managing a multidisciplinary team of over 25 researchers while building relationships with key government stakeholders including the Department of War and Intelligence Community.
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent experience and demonstrate success in leading complex R&D initiatives within federal environments.

Must-have

Management of government-sponsored R&D programs
Experience with DoW or Intelligence Community sponsors
Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and applications
Knowledge of human-machine interaction and performance

Track record of successful proposal development
Familiarity with intelligence analysis mission areas
Background in interdisciplinary behavioral domains
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Experience integrating research into operational environments
Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of relevant leadership and R&D management experience
Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
U.S. citizenship required for classified access
Master's degree with 15 years experience if no Ph.D.
