Key Requirements
12–18+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture
Demonstrable experience leading IT Service Continuity in a large, global, complex enterprise
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL)
Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability architectures
Solid understanding of Cloud resilience patterns (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Solid understanding of Third-party risk and vendor resilience
Experience working with executive partners and influencing without direct authority
