The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors, answer telephones, and perform general administrative and clerical support limited to the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include greeting visitors, answering calls, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area, with no clinical involvement.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and multiline phone systems, with previous administrative experience being preferred.
