Job Summary
This role strengthens the technology risk posture within the Wholesale Banking domain by combining engineering awareness with a strong risk mindset.
The successful candidate will monitor IT risk indicators, ensure control objectives are met, and drive compliance with the ING Risk Management Framework.
You will work closely with engineers and service teams to embed processes, support responsible decision-making, and contribute to incident investigations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years risk ownership experience
6+ years analytical or investigative experience
Solid understanding of SDLC and deployment pipelines
Expertise in Change Management and Platform Security
Knowledge of BIA and detailed risk assessments
Experience with Operational and Cyber Resilience
Nice-to-have
Foundational knowledge of infrastructure and networking
Experience with automation scripting like Ansible or Python
Knowledge of Payments or Account Reporting domains
