Salary
Base: $25-26/hr; Bonus/Equity: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus; Benefits: Day 1 Benefits Coverage with low cost Medical, Vision, Dental, Day 1 Paid-time Off and Vacation, 4.5% Company Match 401(k) plan, $500 Annual Company-paid Lifestyle Benefit, Company-paid Life and Disability Insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Accurate delivery paperwork
Maintain electronic or paper logs
Use of Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
Perform daily inspections
Load and secure product
Tarping of loads
Follow safety rules and regulations
Nice-to-have
Work well with team members
Give and receive feedback constructively
Willing to learn and tackle new challenges
Key Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
Knowledgeable in D.O.T. Regulations/Requirements
Pass required D.O.T. and CMC Logistics drug testing
No excessive speeding violations
No on-road preventable accidents in past 3 years
No more than 1 moving violation in previous 3 years
Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor/trailer experience
Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs
Must be at least 21 years of age
No DUI or DWI within last 5 years
No careless, negligent or reckless operation violations
