Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Care coordination and discharge planning
Effective verbal and written communication
Proficiency with computers and software
Ability to work flexible schedules
Patient advocacy and conflict resolution
Nice-to-have
Certification in clinical specialty area
Experience with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and privacy
Adaptability to diverse patient populations
Collaboration with leadership for process improvement
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited nursing school
2 years nursing experience required
Current RN license in state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
