Salary
Base: $70,000 - $130,000 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401K match, insurance, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proficiency in cash processing lifecycle
Understanding of SSIs and payment types
Experience with Fedwire and SWIFT payments
Risk excellence mindset and control environment
Knowledge of digital asset concepts
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets
Familiarity with distributed ledger technology
Experience with State Street PCC strategic program
Intellectual curiosity to learn about digital cash
Ability to execute on projects as critical stakeholder
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
7-10 years of financial services industry experience
Hands-on professional experience with digital assets preferred
