Job Summary

• In this techno-functional role, you will lead the functional management of ServiceNow Technology Asset Management (ITAM), manage software lifecycle including data collection, integrity and quality of asset data across the enterprise.
• You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing standardized processes that define management systems, roles, and controls to support effective data collection and management of the banks IT assets.
• The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Key Requirements

• 8-10+ years' experience in ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management
• 4+ years' experience in Software Asset Management
• 4+ years' ServiceNow platform administration/management
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Implementer certification
