Greystar Australia is seeking a Portfolio Leasing Manager to oversee leasing performance within their expanding Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing or sales leadership, with a focus on optimizing customer experiences and performance metrics

Job Summary

  • This role sits at the centre of our leasing operation: overseeing leasing performance, leading our Central Leasing Team and working closely with onsite teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to move-in.
  • Drive leasing performance across the BTR portfolio, managing pipeline metrics, leasing pacing and conversion performance to maximise occupancy.
  • We’re looking for someone who brings: Leasing or sales leadership experience across residential, multifamily, property or BTR environments - ideally supporting multiple assets or a centralised leasing model.
