  • The Client Account Support Associate provides post-sale support for new and existing clients, designing activities to communicate and educate critical business information to external audiences.
  • Responsible for assisting with responding to complex inquiries, handling delegated tasks, assisting with solving non-routine problems, and ensuring satisfaction with products and service for the Client Management team.
